Profile of an Alienating Parent
There is a type of parent who holds a grudge against, wants to punish or wants to continue to control a former spouse and engages in a series of predicable and almost uniform events that ultimately harm their child.

Why Shared Parenting?
In an age of psychology, in-depth studies, evaluations and
statistical analysis we could provide a detailed statement with
citations on this subject to try and convince you of why
the presumption of Shared Parenting is necessary. There is no need for that though because
setting aside all the special interest, legal profiteers, manipulated statistics and personal
prejudices you already know that children need both parents. You know that it takes a mother
and father to create a child just as it does to give them the full support they need for a healthy and
well-rounded development into young adults.
Judges deliberately ignore the obvious, that when two parents lived together and provided a loving home for their children but decided to end their marriage that they need to still equally contribute to the care of their children. Shared Parenting laws require judges to make a finding as to why one parent should be disproportionately required to provide for the care of the children and the children should be denied a meaningful relationship with the other. Please support children’s needs and welfare by supporting Shared Parenting. Please contact and/or write your state and county representatives... It's very easy to emaill them and request change!!!
